It is the mission of the Bradford Hills Homeowners Association to protect and improve the value of each property In Bradford Hills and the Bradford Hills Community in general.
 
The Bradford Hills Homeowners Association has one primary responsibility to its members, which is to maintain grass, trees, shrubs and other landscaping in “Association Maintenance Areas”. Generally, Association Maintenance Areas consist of the front yard and certain side yards of all Bradford Hills lots. The Association’s maintenance responsibility includes the maintenance and repair of irrigation systems within the Associations Maintenance Areas and the street-facing exterior of fences separating the Association Maintenance Areas from the rear yard of a Bradford Hills lot. (The association is not, however, responsible for the maintenance and repair of driveway, or walk located within an Association Maintenance Area or drainage away from the unit ). You should note that, although the Association has been granted an easement for the purposes of the maintenance of Association Maintenance Areas on Bradford Hills lots, each homeowner has the right to use the Association Maintenance Area on his/her individual lot.
 
Additionally it is the responsibility of the Bradford Hills Homeowners Association to follow the Highlands Ranch Community Associations declarations and bylaws and enforce the Bradford Hills Homeowners Associations Declarations, Bylaws, Policies and resolutions.
